We realize in light of the current COVID-19 announcements that many people may not be able to gather needed supplies while this emergency continues.  We have taken steps to ensure they are solutions available. 

First off, we have pushed the development of our website.  For everyone 19 years of age or older, you can now order your favourite products online at theecigflavourium.com

Second, we have discounted Canada Post shipping below cost for most areas of Ontario for orders below $60 (before tax).  Orders greater than $60 (before tax) will automatically receive free Canada Post shipping.

Third, we will be offering free personalized local delivery for all customers within 5km of our retail locations without any purchase $ restrictions.  That’s right, as owners we take this medical emergency seriously and will personally deliver your orders whenever possible after business hours.  Our Bowmanville location will be able to provide these deliveries within Bowmanville and nearby outlying areas.  Our Port Hope location will provide this service for Port Hope, as well as Cobourg and nearby outlying areas as well.  If you require this particular service, please call us for further details.

These delivery options will remain available as long as this medical crisis continues.

Our in-store operations remain relatively the same.  You will still experience the same ultra clean environment you have becomes accustomed to.  As you may or may not know we deep clean stores daily.  At this time, we also disinfect common surfaces and door handles after each visit.  For the time being we have removed all seating and stores will be grab and go to further reduce the risk of anyone’s exposure.
