TEMPORARY STORE HOURS: 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday

We absolutely want to do our part to flatten the curve.  At the same time, we have adjusted how we operate to ensure that NOBODY will have to choose to go back to cigarettes because they cannot access vaping products during this crisis.

We have implemented the following so that you can continue to access whatever you need from us.

OUR STORES ARE FULLY OPEN - EFFECTIVE MAY 19

Our hours have changed temporarily but we are fully open to the public with COVID-19 precautions in place

List of COVID-19 in-store precautions:

* Customers exhibiting any signs of Covid-19 are restricted from entering shops.

* Only 2 customers allowed in the shop at a time.

* A 2-metre distancing policy is in effect.

* Customers are asked to use the provided hand sanitizer upon shop entry.

* Staff will be wearing masks.

* All surfaces are disinfected after each customer leaves the shop.

CURBSIDE PICKUP Instructions if you choose: 

Place your order online or by phone and pay by Credit Card or EMT and we will confirm by phone, a pickup time for the store location of your choice.

Alternatively, if you need something and are passing by one of the locations, you can knock on the door during COVID-19 store hours and we will confirm and process your order.  We can allow you to by Debit or Credit as long as your card is capable of TAP.  We can tap through the door to remain contactless.  We may ask you for id, if we do, place it on the glass.  We will open the door and place your order in the box.  Pick up your order when we close the door.

BUSINESS HOURS & CUTOFF TIMES:

BOWMANVILLE – all online orders for the Bowmanville store Free Local delivery must be placed the day prior to delivery.  Curbside pickup is 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday.  Free Local delivery is 6pm-8pm. 

PORT HOPE - all online and telephone orders for the Port Hope location same-day delivery must be placed and confirmed by 5pm.  Curbside pickup is 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday.  Free Local delivery is 6pm-8pm.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 7 days a week for the following areas: Port Hope, Cobourg, Bowmanville, Newtonville, Newcastle, Wesleyville, Port Granby, Port Britain, Welcome, Garden Hill, Campbellcroft, Bewdley, Camborne, Baltimore, Grafton, Colborne.

We now also offer FREE Canada Post deliveries with a minimum purchase of $60 throughout Canada.
